Delivery times
Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or your local courier depending on your shipping address provided. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch.

All orders are shipped from Ukraine. We are currently streamlining deliveries and in contact with shipping providers. Given that we are starting out our deliveries please be aware that due to the current situation, shipping times might be longer than expected. In addition, all deliveries are international, but we are doing everything in our ability to make sure your order gets to you as fast as possible.

Import taxes and duties
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All orders are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to many countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case, the fees are paid to the local carrier. Buyforukraine.org does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.
